Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SMS campaigns, SEO, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns to ensure brand consistency and message coherence.
  • Facilitate the growth of brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
  • Design and implement Social Media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain a strong Social Media presence and engage with the audience effectively.
  • Monitor and review SEO and web traffic metrics to identify areas of improvement.
  • Devise and implement content strategies while analyzing engagement data to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Work closely with the brand to create and implement monthly social media strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and terminology.
  • Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
  • Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on popular social media platforms.
  • Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers in the industry.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others to track progress on all social media platforms.



Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and internet ranking for web content.
  • Demonstrated experience in defining target audiences and creating unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application across various outreach channels.
  • Skills in branding, graphic design, social media promotion, and Google ads.
  • Ability to successfully run advertisements on all social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of graphic design will be advantageous.
  • Experience in event marketing, campaign management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in designing and creating content for social media handles.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
