Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Strategize
and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms,
including social media, email marketing, SMS campaigns, SEO, and paid
advertising.
- Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns to ensure brand consistency and message coherence.
- Facilitate the growth of brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
- Design and implement Social Media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Maintain a strong Social Media presence and engage with the audience effectively.
- Monitor
and review SEO and web traffic metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Devise and implement content strategies while analyzing engagement data to enhance brand loyalty.
- Work closely with the brand to create and implement monthly social media strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and terminology.
- Supervise
all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the
company, ensuring a positive customer service experience.
- Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers on popular social media platforms.
- Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers in the industry.
- Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others to track progress on all social media platforms.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and internet ranking for web content.
- Demonstrated experience in defining target audiences and creating unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy and its application across various outreach channels.
- Skills in branding, graphic design, social media promotion, and Google ads.
- Ability to successfully run advertisements on all social media platforms.
- Knowledge of graphic design will be advantageous.
- Experience in event marketing, campaign management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in designing and creating content for social media handles.
- Strong project management skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software.
