Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating and executing social media strategy that aligns with the organization or brand's overall marketing goals, including identifying target audiences, setting engagement metrics, and tracking performance.
- Develop and create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and meets the organization’s brand guidelines.
- Manage and maintain organization’s social media presence across multiple platforms ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout, and provide regular reports on engagement metrics, audience growth, and campaign performance.
- Develop and manage content calendar to ensure consistent posting, minimize downtime, and maximize engagement.
- Foster and maintain a strong online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, and engaging with followers through likes, share,e and comments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Basic graphic design skills with video editing experience.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms.
- Experience with influencer marketing, email marketing etc.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
