Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create engaging and creative content, including posts, images, videos, and stories that align with the brand's voice.
• Manage social media accounts, including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with the community.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales metrics, and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (1year preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
• Strong content creation skills (copywriting and video editing is a plus).
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent communication and community management skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
