Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Handler/Proposal Coordinator to join our startup property company, Stargem Properties. As a key member of our team, you'll develop engaging content, promote our properties on social media, and write proposals to corporate organisations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and excellent writing skills will help us build a strong online presence and attract potential clients.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Social Media Handling:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to promote Stargem Properties shortlet apartments, and off-plan buildings
  • Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and schedule content using social media management tools.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media.
  • Analyse social media metrics and adjust the strategy accordingly.


Proposal Coordination:

  • Research and identify potential corporate clients for proposal submissions.
  • Write compelling proposals highlighting Stargem Properties' unique selling points and services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, development) to gather necessary information for proposals.
  • Ensure proposals meet client requirements and are submitted on time.
  • Follow up with clients and track proposal status.


Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality content (blog posts, articles, social media posts) showcasing Stargem Properties' expertise and services.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to create visually appealing content.
  • Utilise SEO techniques to improve content visibility.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management and proposal writing.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the property industry or working with startups.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and SEO techniques.
  • Familiarity with proposal management software.
  • Certification in social media marketing or content creation.

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 Monthly plus commission based on performance.

Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM, 4 days a week (physically in the office)

Note:  Probation period is 3 months
