Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Business, etc.)
- Create engaging content, campaigns, and ads to promote products and generate leads.
- Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries from online channels.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients online, build relationships, and support conversion.
- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.
- Support the sales team by coordinating with prospects and occasionally visiting clients to close deals.
- Ensure brand consistency and manage our online reputation.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Strong writing skills and creativity in developing posts, graphics, and campaigns.
- Good customer engagement and communication skills.
- Proficient in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google tools.
- Self-motivated and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
