Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic communication plan across social and community platforms
- Create high-impact, platform-specific content, including tweets, threads, blog posts, updates, and announcements.
- Manage and grow our presence on Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Translate complex AI and DeFi product features into user-friendly language and compelling storytelling.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, design, devs) to keep communications timely and accurate.
- Monitor trends, community sentiment, and competitor updates to inform content direction and engagement strategies.
- Plan and execute community engagement campaigns such as AMAs, polls, and interactive sessions.
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and brand across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media or communications within tech, Web3, DeFi, or AI sectors.
- Strong copywriting skills with a deep understanding of Web3 and on-chain ecosystems.
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced communications, adapt to rapid updates, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Familiarity with crypto-native tools and platforms (wallets, dashboards, governance interfaces).
- Demonstrated experience growing communities and handling public-facing communication.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Experience with open-source or DAO ecosystems.
