Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Executing and contributing to the creation of cost-effective digital marketing programs and communications that ultimately drive sales at every touchpoint of the customer journey.
  • Develop digital solutions to increase customer acquisition using a range of digital channels including web, social, advertising, SEO, CRM and PR to drive traffic and conversion, in particular.
  • Lead website performance and drive permanent evolution – improve SEO performance and drive content strategy that goes with it.
  • Develop strategy for social networks to complement the SEM activity – develop new digital solutions to accelerate growth (ambassador programs, FB community, Instagram, tik tok etc)
  • Monitor performance and constantly optimize the campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain company’s social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Ensure exponential increase in all sales projections and target.
  • Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance and ROI, tying channel performance to company financial targets.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's or Master's degree) in  Marketing or any  related discipline), with impeccable written English language skills
  • 5 years of working experience
  • The candidate must have recent extensive PPC experience. 
  • Must have experience with customer retention (e.g. lifecycle emails, analytics, strategy). 
  • Must have extensive CRM experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Numeracy skills, with strong IT skills. 
  • A proven track record of 'making a difference
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.


Remuneration: NGN 500,000 monthly
