Our client, a prominent Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) in Nigeria, are deeply committed to delivering exceptional healthcare solutions. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to foster business growth within the HMO sector.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various platforms to engage potential customers and existing clients.
- Brand Visibility: Enhance our brand presence through thoughtful marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify market trends and opportunities that can influence marketing tactics.
- Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to refine strategies and maximize success
Requirements:
- Minimum Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field within the HMO or Insurance industry.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in marketing are a plus.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated success in marketing initiatives and business development within the HMO industry.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
