Job Summary

RADSYNC is a teleradiology company looking to expand its market. We are looking to hire a Marketing Executive with a good knowledge of diagnostic and hospital centers within Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and recognition, and secure new business opportunities. This role is the combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and in-depth industry knowledge to position the organization as a leader in tele- radiology-medicine.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company’s business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to create targeted campaigns for healthcare providers, diagnostic centers, and hospitals.
  • Generate leads and conversion strategies.


Brand Development:

  • Enhance the company's brand identity through consistent messaging, visual assets, and content across all platforms.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, radiologists, and healthcare policymakers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to increase visibility and credibility.


Product Knowledge:

  •  Demonstrate expertise in radiology tele-reporting services, highlighting benefits, and differentiators.


Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Provide actionable insights to inform business strategy and campaign development.


Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, reporting key metrics to management.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to ensure continuous improvement.


Team Collaboration:

  • Liaise with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and sales, to ensure marketing alignment with overall business goals.
  • Mentor interning- marketing staff and contribute to team development.

 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of lead generation and revenue targets
  • Growth in brand awareness and market share.
  • Engagement metrics for digital and content marketing campaigns.
  • Successful execution of events and promotional activities.
  • Positive feedback from stakeholders and partners


Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience


Work Mode: Hybrid

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 400,000
