Core purpose of the job  

This role reports to the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer and is responsible for leading and managing digital innovations - and delivering solutions - that improve the MTN Benin user experience and help to drive the adoption of a digital lifestyle across all segments and in all economic sectors. The role is responsible for developing a compelling portfolio of customer-centric Value-Added Services (VAS), Rich Media Services (RMS), Digital content, Mobile for Development initiatives and leading digital transformation projects. The Digital Services & Solutions Senior Manager is also responsible for defining and developing MTN Benin’s Digital strategy to drive revenue and penetration in alignment to the overall company and MTN Group ambitions. The role will partner in synergy with other MTN commercial and technical teams to ensure an effective and consistent approach in the market.

Normal MTN Benin working conditions. May be required to work extended hours. Anywhere/Anytime work.
