Our client is a top player dealing with air conditioning refrigerants; fluorinated gases used in room air conditioners or car air conditioners. They are looking to to hire a senior business development manager with minimum of (10) ten years experience within the HVAC industry.
Establish the basis of the HVAC related business by working with the company in Nigeria.
Lead the selection of corporate office and warehouse processes.
Manage critical finance functions on behalf of the company and other critical business functions.
Roll out top of the Sales/Marketing strategies in order to grow the business towards the company target level.
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
Coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
College graduate preferably with finance or chemistry background
Have experience in the HVAC industry value chain.
Have known the industry people in Nigeria and outside the country.
Have strong negotiation skills in selling.
Have enough knowledge of trading (Import/Export) and know the professionals to handle the transactions.
Good enough English verbal and writing skills to be able to communicate clearly.
Must have Emails/Excel skills.
