Responsibilities
will include: Participate in project discussions, investigate and understand project requirements and take the lead with the development and adherence to the Project Information Management Plan Assist with the development and maintenance of training documentation and provide training to users online. New Release Steer, Test and Implement Develop and maintain AVEVA Engineering standard build. Maintain in-depth knowledge of List and Datasheet Management in all modules and associated work processes. Maintain a high level of understanding of functional work processes and procedures, overall EPC business, and project execution Coordinate with other Engineering Systems Specialists for integrated engineering environment setup. Provide AVEVA Engineering system support to projects and users at 2nd and 3rd tier levels. Proactively seek out ways to help projects and users maximize efficiency using AVEVA Engineering. Monitor the use of AVEVA Engineering to identify opportunities for efficiencies and improvements. Perform system health checks throughout the project lifecycle and close out projects.
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:
A recognised degree or equivalent qualification and / or experience Experience with AVEVA Engineering and / or list and datasheet management systems, support, administration and configuration Experience in configuring AVEVA Engineering and experience as AE administrator. Able to configure Grids, List/Sub lists and reports in Engineering Experience in datasheet production in Engineering Strong overall understanding of project requirements, deliverables and workflows. Good understanding of software enhancement practises and practical knowledge of .NET, Lexicon and PML Proficient in MS Office applications and general knowledge of systems (operating systems, software installation, and configurations). Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, detail oriented, self-motivated, and efficient.
