Job Summary
We are looking to hire an experienced secretary
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Entry level
- Experience Length: 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos etc
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
- HND/BSC in Office Technology and Management or in a related discipline
