Ticketing Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Sell tickets to customers either in person, over the phone, or online.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding routes, schedules, and fares.
• Process reservations and bookings accurately.
• Collect payments and issue receipts.
• Maintain updated knowledge of available routes, schedules, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations at ticketing counters.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of ticketing areas.

Requirements:

• This position is open preferably to a Female candidate to maintain gender balance in the team
• Proven work experience as a Ticketing Clerk or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ticketing software and basic computer skills.

Location: Akwa Ibom

• Candidate should be residing in Akwa Ibom or willing to relocate.
  

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
