Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide information about Easthopemart's products and services.
- Follow up with customers on their product orders.
- Input customers' details to the CRM system daily.
- Actively promote Easthopemart's products to potential customers.
- Encourage customer patronage and loyalty.
- Provide assistance to customers in locating products.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Provide insights into customer preferences.
- Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions.
- Share feedback and insights with the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and marketing skills.
- Familiar with CRM system
- Ability to work in a team and achieve set targets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of major markets in Lagos for e-commerce industry.
