Job DescriptionAchieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams. Managing objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales and watching & observing competitorsâ status, enhance sales volumes and market shares. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence, develop and implement brand strategy. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required. Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields. Working experience in the marketing field and experience in the electric wires & cables sector is preferred. Excellent marketing knowledge and strategic thinking skills.
