The Sales Manager West Africa actively maintains and expands our food & beverage customer base in the region, drives customer projects and builds a solid project pipeline for sustainable business results.

Your Responsibilities

You take responsibility for our beverage and food sales customers in the West & Central African region, including the support of Key Accounts, Retail Brand Customers, regular Food and Dairy Customers You develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies within the West African market You create and fulfill own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans You controll all sales activities with existing and potential customers You establish and develop a long-term customer relationships You monitor the market and identify market potential You develop customer concepts in cooperation with product management, application and product development

Your Profile You have a successfully completed degree in Science, Food Technology or Technology, Business Administration or a related field You have gained experience in the B2B food, beverage, dairy and ingredients market You have knowledge and commercial contacts to the beverage, dairy and food market You have excellent English and French language skills You are a team player and have strong communication and presentation skills You have a strong customer and service orientation and technical understanding You work in a structured and independent manner and do not lose the overview even under pressure You are willing to travel regularly within the region
