Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize sales operations to achieve and exceed predefined sales targets and goals within your assigned territory.
- Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
- Set and communicate clear sales targets for individual representatives and the team to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, allocating territories and responsibilities effectively to maximize efficiency.
- Create and implement innovative sales strategies to penetrate various market segments and channels.
- Track and analyze the sales team's performance, motivating team members to consistently meet and surpass objectives.
- Compile and evaluate sales data to identify trends, assess market conditions, and drive informed decision-making.
- Manage key customer accounts directly, nurturing relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Regularly report on sales performance, customer insights, and market conditions to senior management to inform strategic directions.
- Stay updated on the company's products and competitive offerings to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Engage in marketing activities as required, supporting promotional initiatives and events to bolster product visibility and sales.
Requirements:

- BSc. Degree in any course of study
