Sales Executive
Job summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying business opportunities, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role focuses on promoting and selling CDLP HUB Ltd IT solutions and products while consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to the business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company's IT products and services.
- Prospect, engage, and convert potential clients through physical visits, digital channels, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual, SME, and corporate customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM or other sales tracking tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing, customer experience, and technical teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence to management.
- Represent the company professionally at client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and business engagements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years' experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the IT, technology, or digital services industry.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products or digital services.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and support IT products, and digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong internet proficiency with the ability to use digital platforms, email, social media, and online tools for prospecting and lead generation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or sales management tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
