Job Summary

LearnNova is one of the leading businesses offering learning support Applications to promote effective learning within the Elementary and Secondary School Sector in Nigeria. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. The Sales Agent will be responsible for selling our innovative learning support applications to prospective school owners and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education technology (EdTech) and a proven track record in sales.

  • Minimum Qualification : Diploma
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and target prospective customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Meet with customers to determine their needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate.
  • Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our mobile applications to potential clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to a variety of audiences including private school owners, leaders, and unit heads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities through strategic planning and follow-up.
  • Provide ongoing support guidance to customers to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
  • Communicate market feedback and customer insight to the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our mobile applications and their features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service,

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of NCE, ND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the education or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Confident and charismatic approach to people
