Remote Product Manager – Farerun

Responsibilities

1. ** Product Strategy and Planning :**

â Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the companyâs business objectives across various regions in Nigeria.

â Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the Nigerian rideshare market.

2. ** Product Development :**

â Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to define product requirements and specifications.

â Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.

â Work closely with developers to address technical considerations and challenges.

3. ** Data-Driven Decision Making :**

â Utilize data analytics and user metrics to measure product performance and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.

â Implement A/B testing and other methods to optimize user engagement and conversion rates.

4. ** Cross-Functional Collaboration :**

â Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on business goals and seamless execution of product launches.

â Collaborate with regional stakeholders to tailor the product to the specific needs and preferences of the Nigerian market.

5. ** Business Developmen t:**

â Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, integrations, and business opportunities that can enhance the overall rideshare ecosystem in Nigeria.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelorâs degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

2. Proven experience (4years) as a Product Manager, preferably in the rideshare or transportation industry.

3. Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and its unique challenges and opportunities.

4. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. Technical proficiency to engage with engineering teams and understand product development processes.

7. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
