We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- To grow UP Acquiring Business market share across all channels.
- Build and sustain the existing Business relationship with Key clients.
- Onboard top players within the designated acquiring segment like T & E clients such as Hotels, Restaurants etc, Retail stores (Supermarket, etc)Online stores (e,g, Jumia etc) Churches, Tertiary Institutions, Airlines on POS & Web acquiring Agents.
- Deliver ATM acquiring services for Banks & Non-Banks (e.g. Micro-banks)
- Ensure 90% of the merchants on-boarded are active
Requirements:
- A minimum of BSC
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Merchant Acquiring Services and Digital Banking Services is a plus
- Good Communication skills and strong team player.
