The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell loan products and services to individual and corporate customers. Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs.
- Assess loan applications and conduct thorough financial analysis to determine creditworthiness.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, explaining terms and conditions, and ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
- Provide accurate information about loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, and any applicable fees.
- Collaborate with the credit team to review loan applications, recommend appropriate loan structures, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor loan portfolio performance, identify early warning signals, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely loan repayments and address any concerns or queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact loan products and services.
- Achieve individual and team targets for loan disbursement and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of BSc degree in a related field
- 2 years of work experience
- Good customer service knowledge
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
