Job summary
<p>This role involves writing and managing business proposals, ensuring timely submission and follow-up. It also focuses on building client relationships and driving business growth by identifying new opportunities. Additionally, you will support training programs by preparing materials and coordinating sessions.</p>

Responsibilities:
- Write compelling training and consulting proposals for our Consulting subsidiary
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents required for proposal submissions.
- Submit proposals, follow up until approval, and ensure timely updates.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure proposals meet all technical, financial, and formatting requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base.
- Maintain proposal records and follow-up documentation.
- Prepare professional, well-designed training slides and materials for facilitators.
- Build and maintain a strong client base, ensuring regular communication and engagement.
- Support clients in identifying appropriate training and consulting solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships through professional communication, timely responses, and excellent customer service.
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and calls as required.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients for training and advisory services.
- Work with subject-matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.
- Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs (participant lists, invitations, materials, venue arrangements, etc.).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on business development activities and client interactions.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve services and training content.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in proposal writing, business proposals, and client communication.
- 2 years or more of experience
- Preferred Industry Background (if any): Consulting and advisory services
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in preparing training slides and materials.
- Knowledge of the training, consulting, or corporate services industry is an advantage
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 250,000
