Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and organizational policies.
- Handle disciplinary matters and employee grievances professionally.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide strategic HR support to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labour regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - N350,000 Monthly
