Job Summary

The warehouse Inventory Manager is responsible for providing management accuracy of inventory for stock items & reconciliation of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure 100% reliability of all warehouse stock across his/her region.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Ensure adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles
  • Conduct daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
  • Manage inventory, open-to-buy, inventory health, item-level forecasting and assortment planning
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
  • Participate in manufacturer and vendor reviews, drive vendor operational improvement through measurement and process improvement.
  • Interact with warehouse operations teams and drive inefficiencies through team collaboration across the region.
  • Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
  • Achieve and maintain high in-stock rates on replenishment programs
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
  • Train and manage inventory teams.
