Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive growth in line with our mission to serve the under-banked population.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including loan processing, savings management, customer service, and staff management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure financial sustainability while adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve company goals, foster a positive work culture, and promote professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage risk effectively, and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, expand our customer base, and increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 2 years of working experience
