Job Summary

As a budding pre-launch startup, we're revolutionizing the digital payments landscape with cutting-edge technology and a commitment to simplicity, security, and seamless user experiences. As we prepare to launch our MVP, we are seeking a talented Project Operations Associate to join our team and drive the successful beta rollout of our product. As a Project Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the launch of our Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and manage the user acquisition process, majorly organizing users to test our product & curate their feedback. You will be responsible for coordinating various tasks related to the launch, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure growth, and ensuring the smooth execution of our go-to-market strategy.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the launch process for our MVP, working closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer support.
  • Develop and implement user acquisition strategies to drive adoption of our digital payment solution.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Track growth metrics on a weekly basis and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in the user acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with the product growth team to create and execute strategies to attract new users.
  • Liaise with external partners and vendors as needed to support the launch and user acquisition efforts.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on project progress and performance.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, operations, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or fintech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Related degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
  • Experience with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira is welcomed.
  • Open to inter-state travel.


Duration and Compensation:

  • This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs/growth.
  • Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, business stage, & product growth.
