Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight and Team Leadership:
- Collaborate with the Board to implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision.
- Provide insights for optimizing day-to-day processes.
- Manage and mentor the community and IT teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Develop and enforce operational policies, addressing challenges to maintain efficient workflows.
GAiF Hub Management:
- Work closely with the community manager to enhance the user experience on GAiF Hub.
- Support the growth and expansion of the community platform.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular operational reports to the Board.
- Analyze data to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operational leadership roles.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the AI/tech sector is a plus.
