About the role
They are seeking to hire a Regional B2B Sales Lead responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives in South West, MW and amp; NCI regions, with the goal of generating and closing new business opportunities, growing existing accounts, and achieving regional sales goals. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, as well as strong leadership and management skills. You should also be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

â Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans.

What should you have done in your career?
â Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. (MBA will be an added advantage)ï»¿
â 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a regional sales leadership role for an indigenous pharmaceutical company
â Proven track record of success in generating and closing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts.
â Strong leadership and management skills.
â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
â Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
â Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
â Experience with sales forecasting and budgeting.
â Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
