Job Summary

The receptionist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experience to both internal and external customers and be the first impression of our establishment and the first point of providing outstanding customer service, and conveying enthusiasm and passion for the brand during every interaction.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Office Management:

  • Answer phones and warmly greet employees and clients.
  • Manage meeting room and Library usage
  • Responsible for the office appearance
  • Help with the scheduling of meetings.
  • Mail circulation to the appropriate offices.
  • Monitor Staff movement during working hours (excluding lunch time).
  • Manage entire client experience


Answering Enquiries and Research:

  • Answer all incoming call and enquiries
  • Receive visitors and clients and ensure they are well received and treated courteously.
  • Conduct on-line research as may be required for the office of the CRO
  • Receive all tenant complaint and forward to the Admin Manager

 

Support Services:

  • Relieve CRO’s PA when not available or on leave.
  • Reports to the Admin Manager any issue that affect job function and daily operations
  • Provide report on staff movement, attendance and other admin activities

 

Admin Management Report:

  • Weekly and Monthly on visitor’s attendance report
  • Weekly and Monthly report on complaints received, closed out.
  • Weekly and Monthly report on calls, mails and enquiry statistics
