Job Summary

We are looking for an organized individual whose main responsibility is to undertake all front desk duties. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment. This role is critical in managing the front office and supporting administrative functions.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Work closely with the Managing Director/CEO’s Personal Assistant to coordinate and schedule clients’ appointments and meetings
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor logs, communication and files
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Support the office staff with additional tasks as required
  • Provide general information about the company and its services to clients and visitors
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

 

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or HND; additional certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front office role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Great customer service
  • Organized and able to prioritize and ensure smooth execution of tasks
  • Fluency in English – spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proximity to the Island would be an advantage.
