Real Estate Marketing/Sales Rep

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our real estate services, including digital marketing, social media campaigns, email marketing, and traditional marketing methods.
• Create and manage content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, websites, and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify target markets and customer preferences.
• Generate leads through various marketing channels and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with sales goals and objectives.
• Coordinate and attend events, open houses, and other promotional activities to showcase our real estate properties.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, measure ROI, and provide reports to management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust marketing strategies as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 2 years of working experience
• Good negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
