Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing Services
- Meet with prospects and clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received
- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions is sales are met before closing sales deals, etc
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc degree in any discipline
- Candidate must have the zeal and passion to sell
- Must be experienced in real estate
- Proximity to the island is very key.
Location: Igbo-efon, Lagos
Remuneration: Negotiable salary plus Commission,
