Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the project is delivered in compliance with initial timeframes, quality, and H&S Regulations
- Manage the delivery of the project from start to finish including Client acceptance
- Responsible for ensuring profitability and managing job costs
- Ensure customers’ expectations are fulfilled & build confidence & trust
- Manage project scope, budget & schedule
- Define resource requirements
- Initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling and closing of the project
- Define & continually improve project processes
- Apply new technology in an innovative way to streamline delivery processes
- Establish, refine & evolve project tracking & reporting tools
- Project reporting to Client, Senior Management Team & Project Team
- Drive program delivery from one phase to the next
- Support the SHEQ Manager as required always ensuring compliance with Company Policy
- Liaise with client on site designs & technical requirements
- Have regular 1-to-1s with your direct reports, conduct probation reviews and performance reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a similar customer-facing role during network rollouts
- Knowledge of Acquisition, Planning, Design, Build and Operations phases
- Excellent written and spoken English required
- Demonstrable industry experience or 3rd Level degree with focus on engineering/telecoms
- Evidence of on-going professional development
- PMP or Prince 2 or Project Management P.G Dip or master’s an advantage
- A broad knowledge and understanding of the various site solutions, emerging technologies, and passive/active infrastructure as part of wireless network rollout
