Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the development lifecycle from concept and planning through testing, launch, and post-launch improvement.
- Work closely with developers, designers, product managers, QA testers, and other technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear project deliverables.
- Ensure developers and technical teams understand project expectations.
- Monitor development progress and resolve blockers affecting delivery.
- Coordinate MVP development, beta testing, launch preparation, and subsequent product iterations.
- Professional project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, Scrum Master, AgilePM, or equivalent is an advantage.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in project management, preferably within technology, software, mobile applications, digital products, or startups.
- Demonstrable experience managing technology or software-development projects.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong project planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
