Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion activities.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are delivered within the approved scope, timeline, quality, and budget.
- Monitor project risks, site challenges, and operational performance.
- Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
- Manage contractor performance and procurement activities.
- Resolve technical and operational issues affecting project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–10 years’ relevant experience in project management within construction, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors.
- Proven experience managing location preparation or heavy civil engineering projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, and MS Office applications.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
