About the Role
They are looking to hire for the role of a Product Specialist who will play a pivotal role leading the strategic planning, development, and management of their product solutions. You will work with a team of talented product managers, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that their products align with market demand, customer needs, company goals and ensure these solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

- Requirement Gathering: Gather insights from customers, stakeholders, and market feedback to define and prioritize product requirements that meet real-world needs.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept and design to development, testing, and launch.
- User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring their solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and address pain points.
- Performance Analytics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance.
