About the role

As a Product Manager at Pharmarun, you will be the driving force behind PharmaRun product strategy and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and business, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver a best-in-class user experience. Your ability to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, and translate them into actionable product initiatives will be crucial to the success of PharmaRun’s platform as this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery and positively impact the lives of millions.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Pharmarun and #x27;s overall mission. Continuously identify market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to drive product evolution.
  • Product Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer needs. Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact and resources.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather and analyze product requirements. Define and document detailed product specifications to guide the development process.
  • User Experience: Champion the user experience and ensure that product features and design are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Product Development: Work closely with Engineering and Design teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality features and enhancements on time and within scope.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance and user feedback post-launch. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions for product improvements and iterate on features.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for differentiation.

What should you have done with your career?

  • Bachelor and #x27;s degree
  • Proven experience (3 years) as a Product Manager or in a related product-focused role within the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make data-driven product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.
  • Passion for innovation and customer-centricity, with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry will be advantageous but not mandatory.
