Responsibilities:
Pricing Management:
- Review and recommend menu prices
- Calculate ideal selling prices based on cost inputs
- Maintain target gross margins
- Review combo/promotional pricing
Supplier & Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market prices of food, drinks, packaging, and supplies
- Source better vendor deals
- Negotiate pricing improvements where required
- Track inflation's impact on costs
Compliance:
- Ensure all branches sell at approved prices
- Prevent unauthorized discounts or underpricing
- Ensure POS prices match approved lists
Analysis:
- Identify low-margin products
- Recommend profitable products to promote
- Produce weekly pricing and margin reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of an HND
