Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of assigned bookkeeping clients.
- Processing daily accounts payable documentation.
- Bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Payroll processing and reconciliations.
- GST/HST preparation.
- Month-end bookkeeping.
- Assisting with historical cleanup projects.
- Supporting the onboarding of new clients.
- Responding to client questions professionally and promptly.
- Maintaining organized working papers and client files.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Full or partial professional accountancy qualifications-CA, CPA, ACCA etc
- Full-cycle bookkeeping experience.
- Strong QuickBooks Online knowledge.
- Excellent reconciliation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Availability during regular weekday business hours.
- Hubdoc/Dext knowledge, though not essential, will be an added advantage.
