Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a tailored marketing strategy for the Nigerian market
- Conduct local market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Lead both digital and offline campaigns, including influencer activations, partnerships, and brand events
- Manage traffic acquisition channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms, affiliate marketing, etc.)
- Build and scale influencer marketing initiatives, from sourcing to performance tracking
- Collaborate with creative, media, and brand teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
- Maintain reporting, budget tracking, and KPI documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in iGaming, fintech, or digital-first industries
- Proven hands-on experience in managing paid traffic channels (PPC, paid social, programmatic)
- Strong background in influencer management, including negotiation, content briefing, and results analysis
- In-depth understanding of the Nigerian market and online audience behavior
- Strong analytical skills and media planning abilities
- Strategic thinker with a "get-things-done" attitude
