Your mission:
Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, from concept to launch. Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement. Define, measure, and evaluate essential paid social media Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Oversee and manage the overall paid social media budget for maximum impact. Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and precise audience targeting. Keep up with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Determine the most effective ad placements based on audience demographics, competition analysis, and pricing structures. Review competitors' advertisements to identify trends and techniques that can enhance our campaigns. Collaborate with designers to create compelling advertisements that effectively communicate our products or services. Assess the effectiveness of advertising campaigns through surveys, focus groups, and other research methods. Provide comprehensive campaign results reports.Your goals:
Maximize ROI: Manage, optimize, and maximize the company's ROI on Social Media Ads (Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn). Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance to guide strategic decisions. Funnels and Conversions: Plan, test, and implement new acquisition funnels to improve conversions. A/B Testing: Enhance campaign performance through A/B testing of different variables.Your skills:
3 Years of Facebook/Meta Campaign Experience: Proven experience in creating and optimizing Meta campaigns. Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Analytical Skills: Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills to derive actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as Adjust, Apps Flyer, Power BI, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.What to expect in the hiring process
