Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies across social media, websites, and digital platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, articles, etc.).
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on media performance metrics to optimize content strategies.
- Build and manage online communities, ensuring active engagement with our audience.
- Work with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand awareness.
- Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, media, and content creation.
- Oversee media coverage and public relations efforts for Business Women Hub’s events and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in media, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve content performance.
- Experience in media relations and public relations campaigns is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative media strategies.
