Job Summary
We’re looking for a friendly and responsive marketer who can follow up on leads, engage students, and help them take the first step toward studying abroad. This role is for someone good at listening, explaining options clearly, and keeping track of multiple conversations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads from online ads, social media, website forms, and physical events.
- Conduct short consultations to understand students’ goals and recommend next steps.
- Provide first-line counseling on countries, universities, and basic eligibility.
- Guide students on document requirements, deadlines, and how to begin the application process.
- Collaborate with the team for smooth student handover.
- Maintain a clear follow-up tracker or CRM to log student progress and communication.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Education, or a communication-related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, student advisory, or sales follow-up (study abroad sector preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort using WhatsApp, email marketing tools, or simple CRM software.
- A student-first mindset and a drive to help people succeed.
Location: Utako, Abuja
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Plus Incentives
