Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences,
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across various channels (digital, social media, content, email, events, etc.) aligned with overall business goals. Define clear objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including defining budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Oversee campaign execution and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Develop and oversee the content strategy, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging and target audience interests.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality content.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and reach. Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
- BSc in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing strategy development and execution
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Expertise in digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing
