Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to promote our loyalty and reward program and other services, focusing on increasing client sign-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to refine our marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and impactful marketing materials, including online and offline assets.
  • Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email campaigns, SEO, and SEM, to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date with best practices to continuously enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy by providing insights and recommendations based on your expertise.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in client acquisition and loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and propose innovative ideas.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.



Remuneration:

  • NGN 80,000 monthly 
  • Commission
