Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the bank’s business goals.
- Promote banking products and services to drive customer acquisition and deepen customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Create and manage marketing content across digital platforms (social media, email, website) and traditional media (radio, print, outdoor).
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports on effectiveness and ROI.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and customer outreach activities.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to execute campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all marketing and promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the financial or banking sector.
- Solid knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and consumer behavior.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, analytics platforms).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a results-driven mindset.
