- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and professional networks to increase referral opportunities and enhance brand awareness.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, community outreach programs, and patient education seminars to raise awareness about dental health and establish our clinic as a trusted source of oral care.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website analytics, patient feedback, and market trends to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including dentists, dental assistants, and front desk staff, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all touchpoints.

- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Marketing officer or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies across various channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media management, content creation, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build relationships with external stakeholders.
