The position of Marketing Executive at Femstone Engineering involves leading and overseeing all marketing activities to drive business growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve marketing goals.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target audiences, market positioning, and key messaging.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, advertising, and PR.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing investments for maximum ROI.
- Drive brand development and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and agencies.
- Evaluate and leverage marketing technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, such as revenue growth, customer acquisition, and campaign ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and proactively recommend innovative approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Experience in the building materials market is an added advantage
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing leadership role, with a strong track record of driving successful marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent understanding of marketing principles, strategic planning, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to effectively lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and performance metrics to drive marketing optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets, allocating resources, and optimizing investments.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to drive marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.

- The Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The role collaborates closely with executive leadership, sales teams, product teams, and other key stakeholders.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly
This is a full-time position with standard working hours, Monday to Saturday. The Marketing Manager may work in an office or remote environment, depending on the circumstances. Occasional travel may be required for industry events, client meetings, or team collaboration.
